Solar Energy Project Manager

An Israeli company in Solar Energy field is seeking a Solar Energy Project Manager to lead solar projects across the country. The company specializes in design, development, and installation of solar systems for the private, commercial, and municipal sectors, with extensive nationwide project experience.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of solar projects – from tender award to final delivery
• Conduct site surveys and preliminary planning
• Supervise and manage subcontractors and on-site execution teams
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards
• Work closely with municipalities, local councils, and developers
• Handle post-delivery issues and service calls
• Dynamic field-based role
• Manage municipal projects across multiple locations nationwide

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar project management
• Experience managing installation teams – advantage
• Certified electrician license – advantage
• Strong ability to balance fieldwork with planning and management
• High level of personal responsibility, organization, and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in a field-based role
• Valid driver’s license
