Your Career
Join us as a Senior Technical Recruiter in this dynamic role and a hybrid model. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, shape hiring strategies for the Israeli market, and make an immediate impact on building high-performing technical teams. This position combines hands-on recruiting, strategic partnerships with business leaders, and employer branding to create a seamless candidate experience and contribute to the company's success.
*This is a one-year contractor role, with the option for extension*
Your Impact
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top technical talent through diverse sourcing methods.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including Engineers and R&D positions.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines while ensuring unbiased and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, advise on hiring strategies, and provide progress updates.
- Conduct interviews, guide candidates through the process, and negotiate offers.
- Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
Your Experience
- 4+ years of full-cycle in-house recruitment experience, preferably in a product-driven company.
- Proven expertise in hiring technical roles, including Engineers and R&D professionals.
- Experience in cybersecurity recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience managing recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Skilled in sourcing passive candidates, building diverse pipelines, and leveraging innovative methods.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to advise senior leadership strategically.
- Strong project management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities.
- Thrives in a collaborative, agile, and energetic team environment with a positive attitude.
