The Opportunity

We’re looking for a CTO Co-Founder-level to lead our technology vision and execution. This is a high-impact leadership position with real ownership.

You’ll be joining as we scale, fundraise, and position Menthoda as the go-to platform for intelligent business matchmaking globally.

Role Description

This is a remote, CTO (co-founder level) role. You will lead the technology vision and build the platform from the ground up, shaping both the product and the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy
• Design and build a scalable SaaS platform
• Lead AI/ML development for matchmaking algorithms
• Establish infrastructure, security, and best practices
• Build and lead the engineering team

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Startup environments (strong advantage: post-exit experience) 
• Strong experience in software development and system architecture
• Background in SaaS and scalable systems
• AI/ML experience is a must 
• Agentic AI experience is a must
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
• JS+Python experience is a must
• Java is a plus
• AWS+DevOps+CloudOps experience is a must
• Experience with matchmaking/recommendation systems (big advantage)
• Entrepreneurial mindset — builder, not manager
• Background in high-impact, mission-driven environments (e.g., elite tech units, top-tier R&D teams, or similar) is a strong advantage

Compensation

• Equity (co-founder level)
• Salary post-funding (next round in progress now)
