ATE Automation Engineer

A leading global technology company is looking for an experienced ATE Automation Engineer to join a professional team developing advanced automated test solutions for complex products, from R&D stages through high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support Automated Test Equipment (ATE) stations and fixtures.
• Create test plans, test sequences, and validation processes for new products.
• Work closely with Hardware, Software, and System R&D teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality.
• Support integration, bring-up, and transition of new products from development to production.
• Improve existing production test processes to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and optimize performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues across HW, SW, and system levels.
• Write test procedures, debug guides, work instructions, and engineering documentation.
• Lead functional testing activities from integration through end-to-end validation.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Practical Engineer / equivalent technical education.
• At least 5 years of experience in ATE development
• Strong hands-on experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Oscilloscope, etc.
• Proven experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience writing technical procedures, test instructions, and documentation.
• Good English skills – spoken, written, and reading.
• Experience in DFT / design field – advantage.
• Python programming skills – advantage.
