About the Position: AI Technology Lead at a Generative Video Startup

Location: Central Israel (Remote/Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Startup Stage: Early-stage / Stealth

What We’re Looking For: A visionary technology leader with a deep background in generative models to drive our technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy and architecture

Establish technical standards, best practices, and development processes

Collaborate with founders on product roadmap and development

Drive innovation in AI-powered video generation engineering
Experience:

Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative Models (e.g., Diffusion, Transformers, GANs)

Deep Learning frameworks (specifically PyTorch or TensorFlow)

Programming skills, with a mastery of Python and production-level code

Video/audio processing and 3D computer vision
