Embedded Project Manager

Role Overview:

• Technical Project Leadership: Managing the full lifecycle of complex Embedded systems, from initial concept through hardware/firmware integration to mass production.
• Multidisciplinary Orchestration: Leading technical teams and cross-functional projects to ensure the seamless delivery of audio-centric software and hardware products.
• Embedded Strategy: Driving architectural decisions and providing technical oversight for low-level software development and system-level performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinating between R&D, Product, and global corporate partners to align technical milestones with business objectives.
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Overseeing hardware/firmware integration phases and ensuring rigorous quality standards for consumer-grade electronics.
• Execution & Delivery: Navigating complex engineering challenges in real-time signal processing and acoustic optimization within embedded environments.

Requirements:

• Academic Foundation: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in Embedded Systems Development or Engineering – Mandatory.
• 2+ years of Leadership experience as a Technical Project Manager or Embedded Team Lead – Mandatory.
• Embedded Software Expertise: Deep understanding of low-level software development and firmware architectures – Mandatory.
• Lifecycle Mastery: Proven experience in hardware/firmware integration and end-to-end product lifecycle management – Mandatory.
