Performance division - media buyer

We’re looking for an experienced media buyer to lead campaign strategy across various media channels, owning performance, scale, and profitability.

This role requires a data-driven professional who can identify new opportunities, adapt quickly, and turn insights into effective media buying decisions.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new traffic sources and partners, leading structured testing to validate scale and performance potential.
• Own campaign strategy from setup to scale, continuously optimising buying decisions to meet performance and profitability targets.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, turning insights into clear, actionable media buying strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on media buying or affiliate management experience (not including Facebook and Google)
• High proficiency of English (mandatory), with strong precision and organizational skills, the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment, and a proven capability to learn new platforms quickly.
