We’re looking for a skilled Digital Development Team Lead to join Phoenix and guide a team of full‑stack developers in delivering high‑impact digital solutions. This role combines hands‑on development with leadership, project ownership, and close collaboration across business and technology teams.

What you’ll do?

• Managing, leading, and mentoring a team of full‑stack developers in the digital domain
• Building work plans, managing projects and timelines, tracking progress, and performing code reviews
• Coordinating and bridging between business needs and technological requirements
• Overseeing and managing development and maintenance release cycles
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience in digital environments
• At least 1 year of managerial or Tech Lead experience
• Experience implementing advanced development tools
• Familiarity with AWS architecture – a significant advantage
