A stable and growing company in the infrastructure and projects sector is seeking a Project Coordinator for a key office-based role involving responsibility, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing management of operational processes.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support multiple cross-functional projects on an ongoing basis
Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Manage project schedules and oversee operational coordination for active projects
Handle equipment procurement and track deliveries
Communicate with clients, authorities, and external stakeholders
Process invoices, perform administrative tracking, and monitor workflows
Prepare presentations and status reports
Work regularly with project management systems such as Monday.com and MS Project

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or project coordination role
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Monday.com, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Technologically oriented with fast learning ability
High level of personal responsibility and proactive approach
