Product Manager

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager to lead end-to-end product initiatives, shape engaging player experiences, and drive business impact through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation to design, development, and launch — in alignment with product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize product requirements aligned with business goals
• Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Create clear PRDs, user stories, and wireframes, while managing priorities and overseeing execution
• Act as the go-to person for the “why” and “what” of the product, while partnering closely on the “how”
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Art, Data, Economy, Monetization, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry — a must
• Strong passion for gaming and deep understanding of player behavior — a must
• Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented with strong project management skills — a must
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an energetic and proactive mindset — a must
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
