Comblack is hiring a Backend Chapter Lead !

If you are a Tech Lead with strong technical depth and experience working with complex, mission-critical systems – this is your opportunity to make an organizational impact and lead professional standards in the .NET domain.

What’s important to us?

7+ years of experience in development using WebForms / ASP.NET / .NET Core – mandatory
Significant experience in maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale legacy systems
Strong proficiency in C#, SQL Server, writing complex queries, and performance optimization
Experience in leading developers professionally within an Agile environment (Code Reviews, Best Practices, Design)
Ability to influence technological direction and integrate AI capabilities into development processes
