What’s important to us?

• 7+ years of experience in development using WebForms / ASP.NET / .NET Core – mandatory
• Significant experience in maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale legacy systems
• Strong proficiency in C#, SQL Server, writing complex queries, and performance optimization
• Experience in leading developers professionally within an Agile environment (Code Reviews, Best Practices, Design)
• Ability to influence technological direction and integrate AI capabilities into development processes
