COMBLACK is hiring a Delivery Excellence Lead (Agile / OPEX) !

A cross-functional and impactful role with responsibility for continuous improvement of delivery processes, leading Agile and OPEX methodologies, and working closely with management, IT, and business units in a complex enterprise environment.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in leading Delivery / Agile / OPEX processes in a large organization

• Background in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems – mandatory

• Experience with Scaled Agile / technological transformation

• Experience from consulting firms – a significant advantage

• Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead multiple interfaces

• Process-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset
