Chapter Lead TPO

COMBLACK is hiring a Team Lead to manage a team of Technical Project Managers!

An excellent opportunity to take on a cross-functional and impactful role, including professional leadership of a Technical Program Owner (TPO) team, enhancing delivery capabilities, and leading advanced business and technology platforms in an innovative and dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

Leading the TPO team and enhancing their professional capabilities in managing platforms and products.

Managing the overall backlog, resolving complex technological challenges and cross-system interfaces.

Leading cross-domain technological initiatives and improving delivery capabilities across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading complex software development projects

• 3+ years of experience managing teams or project managers

• Several years of hands-on software development experience – mandatory, preferably in complex systems

• Experience in leading architectural solutions and working with APIs, self-service systems, and digital platforms

• Relevant academic degree (Computer Science / Software Engineering / related field)

• System thinking, proactivity, and ability to drive teams toward independent execution
