We’re Fast Corporation – a fast-growing B2B2C tech platform delivering a desktop-based App Store for global user acquisition, monetization, and publisher services.

Our platform spans distribution, publisher onboarding, and B2C user experience.

We're looking for a Project Manager to drive execution, align cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth release operations across the company.

This role is at the center of the action - connecting teams, optimizing workflows, and making sure things get done, fast and well.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead release execution and operational workflows across fast-paced product cycles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive processes end-to-end.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and functional leads across Product, R&D, QA, Design, Media, Data, and more.
• Run weekly planning, retrospectives, and executive sync meetings.
• Track goals, sprint velocity, and delivery quality using structured OKRs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead improvements in tools, workflows, and team cadence.
• Build and maintain clear, scalable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Proactively identify resource gaps and support hiring processes when needed.

🎯 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Product roles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including workflows, automations, and custom fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in parallel.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of ownership, strong organizational skills, and excellent execution capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field - a big advantage.
• Experience in mobile, apps, App Store environments, or ASO – an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into workflows – an advantage.
• Experience working in a startup or internet company environment – an advantage.
