We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruitment & Strategy Manager to join our global data collection team. In this role, you will take ownership of recruiting patients with mental health disorders for our observational clinical trials. You will help build this role in the company from the ground up, develop recruitment strategies, manage recruitment partnerships, and provide expert guidance to our clinical operations teams worldwide. This is a senior individual contributor role of strategic importance, with strong cross-functional leadership.
In this position, you will:
- Build patient recruitment plans tailored for each study, including identification, engagement, and retention strategies
- Lead and manage relationships with clinical recruitment partners and external stakeholders
- Design the “patient journey” for each study, build the recruitment and retention processes, implement them, and monitor their execution
- Provide ongoing professional guidance and support to clinical recruitment teams at our clinical research sites regarding working with patients with challenging neuropsychiatric conditions
- Monitor patient recruitment processes with quantitative data-driven tools to identify bottlenecks, discover causes, and lead to their resolution
- Develop and standardize guidelines, training materials, and best practices for working with sensitive patient populations
- Advise our clinical research site teams on specific considerations, communication sensitivities, and engagement approaches for working with specific patient populations
- Support the development and implementation of new processes and operational workflows
- Help implement tools and systems related to patient coordination
- Contribute to building this function from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience in patient coordination, clinical operations, or clinical research
- Experience working in clinical or research environments with neuropsychiatric patients, preferably also with PTSD
- Experience with clinical research sites, study logistics, and clinical trials in Israel and the US
- Experience in managing or supervising clinical teams, including remotely
- Master's degree in Life Sciences or related degree, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain clinical partnerships
- Strong management of relationships with stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Superb communication skills, excellent English and Hebrew, with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in a global environment and overlapping with US hours
- Willingness to occasionally travel abroad
