Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our enterprise-wide cybersecurity and information security program.

This executive role is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s security strategy across cyber, information security, risk, compliance, privacy, and resilience. The CISO will partner closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure a strong security posture and organizational readiness in a constantly evolving threat landscape.

The role combines strategic leadership with practical execution and requires the ability to drive security maturity across a complex enterprise environment while enabling secure business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise cybersecurity and information security strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Own the organization’s overall security posture across infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, identities, and third parties.
• Drive cyber governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting, including board-level engagement.
• Lead incident preparedness and response, cyber resilience, business continuity, and recovery readiness.
• Oversee security operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, and third-party cyber risk.
• Partner with technology and business teams to embed security into architecture, platforms, and transformation initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing security organization and promote a strong security culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior cybersecurity leadership experience (CISO / Deputy CISO / Head of Information Security) in a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to build and lead enterprise security programs covering governance, risk, operations, compliance, and incident response.
• Broad and deep understanding of modern cybersecurity domains, including cloud, identity, network, application, and data security.
• Experience working with executive leadership and translating cyber risk into business priorities.
• Strong leadership experience managing security teams and external partners.
