Bookkeeper

Operating at a significant international scale, our Finance department manages complex cross-border transactions, high-volume reconciliations, and multi-currency reporting. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our day-to-day financial operations. You will be managing the full cycle of bookkeeping tasks within a global context, providing the foundational data necessary for our strategic financial planning.

Core Responsibilities

• General Ledger Management: Execute daily bookkeeping operations and record journal entries with a high degree of accuracy and proper documentation.
• Global Payables: Manage payments to international suppliers and oversee petty cash, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Comprehensive Reconciliations: Perform complex reconciliations for credit cards, banks, suppliers, and intercompany accounts across different regions.
• Financial Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records to ensure the company remains audit-ready at all times.
• Process Support: Collaborate with the Head Accountant to support month-end closing processes and various accounting projects as the company scales.

Requirements

• ERP Proficiency: Must have hands-on, professional experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping roles.
• Certifications: Certified Bookkeeping Levels 1+2.
• Advanced Excel: Strong command of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Global Exposure: Prior experience working within an international company is a significant advantage.
• Communication: Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) to facilitate communication with global offices and vendors.
