We’re growing fast and looking for a SIEM / SOAR Technical Lead who is ready to take ownership, lead a strong team, and drive operational excellence across multiple environments.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Lead and mentor a team of SIEM, SOAR, and EDR specialists across multi-client MSSP environments

• Drive detection engineering, playbook development, and incident response across platforms such as QRadar, Splunk, Elastic, Microsoft Sentinel, and more

• Act as the technical escalation point for complex security incidents and operational challenges

• Continuously improve detection use cases, automation workflows, and overall SOC maturity for clients

• Step in directly with clients when needed — you are the safety net, not a spectator

• Deliver both technical and executive-level reports in Hebrew and English

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in security operations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR)

• Strong working knowledge of platforms such as QRadar, Splunk, Elastic, and Microsoft Sentinel

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate a technical team

• Ability to operate under pressure and deliver results in complex, multi-client environments

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

Big Plus

• Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, SC-200, vendor-specific, etc.)

• Experience with detection-as-code, SOAR automation, or custom integrations

• Familiarity with offensive security tools and methodologies

📍 This role is primarily on-site in Tel Aviv, with work conducted both from our offices and at client locations.
