Looking to combine technology, data, and advanced marketing?
We’re searching for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join a team working on intelligent customer journeys, integrating data from multiple sources, and delivering scalable solutions.
This role involves leading end-to-end processes — from requirements gathering to full implementation — and requires strong technical orientation along with the ability to work and learn independently within a collaborative team environment.
Role Responsibilities:
• Define and lead customer journeys and audience segmentation end-to-end
• Implement journeys, automations, and content within Marketing Cloud
• Build audiences, data models, and integrate data sources in Data Cloud
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Work closely with Data, CRM, and ERP teams
• Perform QA testing prior to deployment
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications
• Hands-on experience designing and building complex, multi-channel customer journeys
• Proficiency with AMPScript, SQL, HTML, and SSJS
• High level of English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management / or a relevant field, and/or professional certifications in Salesforce
Nice to Have:
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience leading end-to-end processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Background in marketing, sales, or service domains
• UX/UI affinity
