Grants and Donors Manager

CyberWell is seeking a stellar Grants Manager to join our small but growing team! This position is full-time and is available for immediate start. We work in a hybrid format and are in our Tel Aviv office 3 days a week.

About Us

CyberWell is a start-up nonprofit on a mission to address online antisemitism and hate in the digital era. With data, we drive the enforcement and improvement of hate speech policies across online service platforms through identifying and tracking antisemitic content in multiple languages, globally, and creating concrete recommendations tailored to each platform.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Philanthropic Grants Manager to lead grant submissions, reporting, and CRM management to ensure that our grantmaking operations are efficient, compliant, compelling, and tailored to each donor. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, detail oriented, a systems thinker, and someone who enjoys improving processes, upgrading donor-facing materials, and building scalable systems that support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Grant management, writing, and reporting

• You own the grant lifecycle, from LOI preparation to reporting to renewal and beyond – including coordinating with other departments to receive programmatic details.
• Success means: deadlines are met, funder requirements are adhered to, milestones are accomplished, and CyberWell’s story is told in a compelling and impactful way. It also means that all information is accurately reflected in CyberWell’s project management platform.

Foundation Stewardship & Coordination

• Support ongoing relationships with foundation and institutional donors through preparation of updates.
• Prepare briefing materials and documentation for funder meetings, including occasional meetings outside local working hours to accommodate global funders.

Donor Materials & Impact Communications

• Upgrade and refresh donor-facing materials to clearly reflect organizational priorities, outcomes, and evolving strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Native English – a must
• High-level Hebrew – strong advantage
• Exceptional written communication skills and strong attention to detail (writing samples required)
• Minimum two years of experience in the nonprofit sector; experience in grant management or resource development - advantage
• Proficiency in Monday.com, AI tools and Excel - advantage
• Process-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Proactive and collaborative, with a mindset toward continuous improvement
