Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring: Priority Project Manager & Implementer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Priority expert to lead and deliver end-to-end projects in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their business needs and requirements

• Write detailed functional specification documents based on client needs

• Implement solutions בהתאם למפרטים, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure timely delivery

• Independently manage small-to-medium projects from initiation to completion

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing professional guidance and recommendations

• Oversee time management, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure smooth project progress

• Maintain strong client relationships, align expectations, manage timelines, and drive successful outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Priority – Mandatory

• 4–5+ years of experience in project management and implementation

• Strong self-management skills: time management, resource allocation, and workload balancing

• Experience working with clients, managing relationships, and setting clear expectations

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites

• Full-time position + company car

Professional Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Priority financial module

• Experience with inventory, logistics, and procurement modules – Mandatory

• Experience with additional modules (sales, marketing, service) – a significant advantage
