AI Stack Engineer

A leading global company is looking for an AI Stack Engineer to join its Infrastructure team and lead the design, implementation, and adoption of the organization’s AI stack.

This is a key role with end-to-end ownership, focused on embedding AI capabilities into development workflows and building scalable, AI-driven infrastructure.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and implement an enterprise-level AI stack
• Integrate advanced AI and LLM-based tools into existing development processes
• Build and maintain infrastructure that supports AI-driven development
• Lead AI tool adoption across teams, driving continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics
• Create documentation and deliver training sessions to engineering teams
• Work closely with development teams, translating business and technical needs into effective AI solutions

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, or AIOps
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid experience working with Linux (JavaScript – an advantage)
• Hands-on experience implementing and integrating AI / LLM tools in an organizational or production environment
• Deep understanding of AI-powered development tools (Agents, Prompt Engineering, APIs, etc.)
• Experience leading tool adoption initiatives or improving developer experience
• Strong background with DevOps tools: Docker, CI/CD, Git, Monitoring
• High-level English (written and spoken)
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of owning a domain end-to-end
