We are hiring a Hardware Program Manager for a global communication company located in the Sharon region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead hardware programs end-to-end
- Build work plans and manage timelines, risks, and milestones
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and operations
- Interface with manufacturing and supply chain teams up to mass production
- Drive programs through all stages until production
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in hardware program / project management
- Experience leading a hardware product to mass production
- Familiarity with the hardware development lifecycle including: EVT / DVT / PVT
- Ability to lead and manage in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
