Production Network Team Leader

The company’s facilities are located in the Shfela region (Central/South Israel), offering a dynamic environment focused on hands-on technical excellence.

Responsibilities-

• Department Foundations: Defining, establishing, and leading the production team from scratch, including the recruitment and training of technicians and assembly specialists.
• Production Architecture: Designing and implementing assembly, integration, and testing processes specifically tailored for complex hybrid propulsion systems.
• Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Overseeing subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating external manufacturing, procurement processes, and inventory control.
• NPI (New Product Introduction): Leading the strategic transition from R&D prototypes to serial, high-quality production lines.
• Manufacturing Engineering: Collaborating closely with R&D teams to solve design-for-manufacturability (DFM) challenges and ensuring system verification and validation.
• Operational Oversight: Planning and monitoring production schedules, work orders, and day-to-day technician activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving process optimization and efficiency initiatives to enhance manufacturing throughput and product quality.

Requirements-

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in Production Management or leading manufacturing operations within the Aerospace, Defense, or multidisciplinary Hardware sectors – Mandatory.
• Team Leadership: Significant experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing technical teams (technicians, assemblers) – Mandatory.
• Multidisciplinary Integration: Extensive experience in the assembly and integration of complex systems involving mechanical, electrical, and propulsion components.
• Supply Chain Proficiency: Hands-on experience in managing subcontractors and vendors within a technical manufacturing environment.
• NPI Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead New Product Introduction processes and build production lines from the ground up.
• Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively with R&D and Quality departments to translate complex engineering requirements into efficient production workflows.
• Language Proficiency: Strong professional communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
