Othello is hiring an Enterprise Sales SME, Product & AI.
Othello is building at the frontier of real-time generative AI, helping sales teams make better high-stakes decisions in the moments that matter most, while a customer conversation is still happening. Our platform is used by leading sales organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, to deliver live intelligence before, during, and after meetings. About the role
This role is designed for someone with deep, real-world enterprise sales experience who wants to apply that expertise beyond quota-carrying execution and into product, AI, and company-building.
The focus of the role is to work alongside the CEO and CTO to help shape the next generation of AI-native sales software.
This person will serve as a core domain expert across sales workflows, coaching logic, product design, and AI initiatives. The role is intended for someone who understands enterprise sales at a high level of depth, including how strong reps prepare for meetings, run discovery, handle objections, write follow-up emails, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, and move opportunities forward in complex environments.
At Othello, this role will work closely with AI, engineering, and product teams to define what high-quality sales execution looks like and help translate that into better product decisions, stronger AI systems, and more effective workflows.
This is not a traditional sales role. The position is built for someone who wants to bring serious enterprise sales expertise into the product and AI development process, while remaining closely connected to the market, the customer reality, and the evolution of modern sales.
The ideal profile

- strong understanding of sales process, deal strategy, and rep excellence
- ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and AI teams
- strong judgment on what is useful versus what is noise in sales workflows
- interest in helping design, validate, and improve AI systems for real sales environments
