We are looking for an exceptional Linux Team Leader to spearhead our mission-critical infrastructure team.
- Lead and inspire a team of technical experts, fostering innovation, growth and excellence.
- Architect and deliver robust, scalable and secure Linux solutions in a production environment.
- Pioneer automation, monitoring and resilience across critical systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, keeping us at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hand-on experience managing servers, including installation, update and troubleshooting, with in-depth knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- 3+ years managing technical teams, with track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Experience mentoring, coaching and growing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with DevOps, IT and cybersecurity teams.
- Proficiency in writing automation scripts using Bash, Python and YAML with experience in configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
