We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Implementer for a organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud for defining and leading end-to-end intelligent customer journeys
- Building audiences and data models
- Implementing automations and marketing content
- Managing multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Ongoing work with Data teams and CRM and ERP systems
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in system analysis and writing functional specification documents
- Hands-on experience in building complex and multi-channel customer journeys
- Proficiency in AMPScript, SQL, HTML, and SSJS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management or a relevant field and/or Salesforce courses and certifications
