This full-time, on-site position based in Sderot offers a unique opportunity as Vice President of Research and Development (R&D) focusing on cutting-edge battery systems. The selected candidate will lead the development of next-generation battery technologies and modules, oversee product development cycles, and manage R&D projects. A significant part of the role will involve directing cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance product innovation, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards. Collaboration across engineering, product management, and strategic planning will be key to the successful execution of this role.

• Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and proven experience driving innovation in battery technologies or related fields
• Demonstrated capabilities in Project Management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
• Extensive experience in Software Development and Product Development, especially in the context of energy storage solutions
• Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across engineering, product management, and operations
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the energy, eMobility, or renewable energy sectors is a strong advantage
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field preferred
