Role DescriptionRGE is looking for a Media Sales & Sponsorships professional to join its sales team in Herzliya.
In this role, you will work directly with leading advertisers and marketing executives, building tailored media solutions and closing high-value sponsorship and advertising deals across TV, digital, and sports events.
This is a hands-on sales role with full ownership of the process — from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
What you’ll be doing- Driving sponsorship deals for major sports events
- Managing and growing a portfolio of key clients
- Building tailored 360° media solutions
- Leading end-to-end sales processes
- Working with senior marketing decision-makers
- Experience in media sales / advertising / business development
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage client relationships at a senior level
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Hebrew & English proficiency
- Background in media / advertising / broadcasting — a strong advantage
- Passion or familiarity with the sports industry — an advantage
