The Northern Logistics Center is one of the company’s key operational hubs, supporting large‑scale distribution, inventory management, and end‑to‑end supply chain activities. The site operates in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment that requires high professional standards, strong financial control, and close collaboration across multiple organizational interfaces.

Role Responsibilities

• Professional management of the accounting team.
• Preparation of managerial and operational reports.
• Month‑end closing in accordance with company requirements.
• Responsibility for ongoing accounting controls and processes.
• Previous experience performing customer reconciliations and analyzing variances.
• Leading internal departmental improvement and efficiency processes.
• Handling inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Working closely with all internal organizational interfaces.
• Providing backup and support to various teams within the department as needed.
• Availability for overtime work when required.

Requirements

• Bookkeeping Certificate Level 3 — mandatory
• At least two years of experience managing a team — mandatory
• Experience in month‑end closing processes
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel — mandatory
• Previous experience working with a financial system; SAP — strong advantage
