Role Description

We are looking for a Budgeting Manager to drive budgeting, financial planning and financial oversight across multiple international legal entities within our family office. The role covers the full budgeting cycle, including preparation, consolidation and ongoing reforecasting, ensuring alignment with the overall financial strategy.

You will provide clear financial insights to support decision making, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to sustainable growth. The role also includes cash flow planning across jurisdictions, coordination with external accountants and advisors, and ensuring consistency and transparency of financial data across entities.

Requirements:

Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Fluency in English and Russian

Experience in budgeting, FP&A or financial control

Experience working with international legal entities

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
