Product Manager

We’re hiring a Product Manager to shape the future of fintech!

iForFintech is a leading fintech company, and we’re looking for a talented Product Manager (2–5 years experience) to join our strong and collaborative product team.

In this role, you’ll own products end-to-end — from idea to production — and work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Fraud, Finance, Marketing, and more. You’ll design smart user experiences, lead product decisions, and continuously improve products that serve real business and user needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Full product ownership and roadmap prioritization
• Defining requirements and translating business needs into great products
• Leading product activities across all project phases
• Designing effective and intuitive user flows
• Working closely with multiple business units and stakeholders
• Analyzing product performance post-launch and driving continuous improvements

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an online company
• Experience in fintech / finance environments – big advantage
• Strong understanding of business processes and user experience
• Background with trading platforms, CRM, or SaaS – a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• A true “pusher” — someone who takes ownership and drives ideas into production
• Proactive, independent, collaborative, and comfortable working in a matrix organization

Hybrid work model – work from home up to one day a week.
