Shibolet AI deploys AI systems inside enterprise organizations. Our clients need their people to actually use the tools. That is where you come in.

What the work looks like:

You design and run training programs for corporate teams adopting AI tools across their organization. The core stack is Microsoft: Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and advanced use cases like building Agents, AI-assisted Excel analysis, and department-specific workflows. But the work extends beyond Microsoft. Depending on the client, you may also train teams on tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other platforms we deploy as part of a broader AI rollout.

Sessions range from org-wide onboarding waves to focused power-user workshops to specialist deep dives. Some on Teams. Some in the room. Most of both.

You are the right person if:

You have hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools across vendors, not just one ecosystem. Microsoft is your strongest ground, and you know it well. You have trained corporate teams before, you know how to hold a room, adjust on the fly, and make complex tools feel approachable without losing the depth. You are fluent in Hebrew and English, both. You are based in Israel and available to work on-site at client offices.

The deal:

This is a freelance engagement. You work project by project. Strong fit opens the door to something more ongoing.
