About the role:

For the Space Division at the MABAT Space Factory, we are looking for a Satellite Communications Systems Engineer.

What you will do:

• Design end-to-end space communication system architecture, including hardware components such as amplifiers, filters, antennas, and full communication link budgets.
• Lead systems engineering activities for the development and production of satellite communication systems.
• Define requirements and manage interfaces with customers and various engineering teams.
• Work with subcontractors from negotiation stages through system delivery.
• Take full responsibility for satellite communication hardware systems, including interfaces with ground stations, design, integration, testing, and validation.

What we are looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – required
• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering of complex systems – required
• Experience with RF systems, digital communications, and antennas – required
• Strong English proficiency (spoken, written, technical reading) – required
• Experience managing subcontractors or working with international customers – an advantage
