This is a key leadership role focused on building and implementing QA methodologies within an established, active organization - with a strong hands-on component in the initial phase

Responsibilities:

Design and implement QA methodologies, processes, and organizational standards
Define workflows and collaboration processes with development, project and product teams
Perform manual testing for Web, Mobile, and CRM systems, including writing test documentation and involvement from the requirements phase
Work closely and continuously with development, product, and project management teams
Build the foundation for a QA team - including recruiting and leading testers and automation engineers
Drive quality improvement initiatives and lead automation adoption as part of a holistic quality vision

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in manual software testing
At least 1.5 years of experience managing a QA team
Experience managing automation developers
Experience in Web testing
Proficiency with Jira
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification

Personal Skills:

Ability to establish and lead a quality function within a mature, active organization
Systems thinking and strong business acumen
High level of autonomy and the ability to drive processes forward
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
The right balance between genuine hands-on execution and leadership capabilities
