System & Performance Analysis Engineer

We are looking for a System & Performance Analysis Engineer to join the Misgav plant at IAI’s ELTA division.

The position includes:

• Conducting performance analysis of algorithms and radar missions, and proposing improvements

• Analyzing and decoding radar recordings across various ELTA radar systems, including integration and participation in field trials

• Developing automated analysis and decoding tools

• Working as part of a team providing solutions across multiple radar systems

• Travel abroad (3–5 times per year)

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Physics – Mandatory

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team

• Experience with system-level and multi-system testing – significant advantage

• Experience working with radar systems, preferably from the MMR family – significant advantage

• Experience with MATLAB – significant advantage
