We are helping our client shape the next generation of AI-powered ordering for high-volume, fast-service food concepts across multiple international markets. The company runs a complex, real-time SaaS platform that combines advanced AI-based solution, and deep integrations with existing HoReCa technology to streamline digital ordering and in‑store operations. As a fast-growing startup with an AI-driven product already deployed at scale in over a thousand locations, they are redefining how modern ordering ecosystems work and helping teams reduce friction, minimize errors, and deliver consistently fast, high-quality service experiences.
In this role you will be the first dedicated product leader and act as Head of Product, owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company’s core AI ordering product. Working side by side with the CTO, you’ll turn big-picture business goals into concrete, high-impact initiatives with significant influence on product direction, partnering closely with engineering, data, operations, and commercial teams. Your focus will span from defining long-term product goals to working hands-on with squads on discovery, specs, and delivery. You will play a key role in how the platform scales, how quality and accuracy evolve, and how the product differentiates in a competitive global market.

Key Responsibilities
– Own and define the product strategy and long-term vision in collaboration with the CTO and leadership.
– Translate strategy into a product roadmap, balancing growth, technical constraints, and customer impact.
– Define core UX and product challenges, improving the ordering experience for both guests and restaurant operators.
– Work hands-on to build functional mocks, specify feature requirements, and guide development teams across Europe and Israel.
– Track and analyze product success metrics, including guest experience, transaction efficiency, labor impact, and menu navigation.
– Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and areas for evolution.
– Support ROI modeling, pricing strategies, and data-driven product decisions.
– Establish product methodology, standards, and frameworks across teams to ensure consistent execution and quality.
Experience & Skills
– 7+ years in Product Management, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
– Proven experience in at least two product roles, including one in a fast-paced startup environment.
– Strong data analysis and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable decisions.
– Solid understanding of business fundamentals, unit economics, and product trade-offs.
– Technical experience, including engineering and data, to collaborate effectively with development teams.
– High sense of ownership, independence, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
– Background in AI, automation, or voice-driven systems.
– Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
– Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms for global clients.
