End-to-end management of technological projects, from the initiation phase through go-live.
Planning and building project work plans, including defining and structuring project MVPs.
Budget management, timeline management while meeting project objectives, and vendor management.
Leading status meetings, preparing presentations for steering committees, leading steering committee sessions, preparing management status reports, risk management, and documenting meeting summaries.
Matrix management across all departments, with the ability to engage and align relevant stakeholders.
Identifying required project interfaces, with an understanding of technological and business processes.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in project management in information systems. Preference for experience in financial or banking organizations.
Experience working with business stakeholders, not only technological stakeholders.
Experience in matrix management with teams such as infrastructure, system analysts, developers, QA testers, and more.
Proven experience in risk management, steering committees, timeline management, budget management, status meetings, and related responsibilities — mandatory.
Professional knowledge of tools such as Jira, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong understanding of information systems processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems — an advantage.
Familiarity with the banking industry — an advantage.
Technical or development background — significant advantage.
