A leading company is looking for a Lab Manager with a background in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering for a key role that includes development verification testing for signal processing products, management and operation of advanced laboratories, and leadership of complex test setups in a multidisciplinary environment.

What does the role include?

• Building complex test setups and performing system-level tests for signal processing and RF systems

• Analyzing results in collaboration with algorithm, software, and firmware engineers, and presenting findings

• Troubleshooting and characterizing issues throughout the product development process together with the development teams

• Ongoing management of 4 advanced laboratories, including responsibility for infrastructure, equipment, and computing systems

• Procurement, specification, and end-to-end coordination of new equipment orders according to project needs

• Daily work with procurement, suppliers, IT, cyber, security, maintenance, construction, and external contractors

• Managing advanced infrastructures such as GNSS simulators, atomic clocks, lab ovens, antennas, RF adapters, and diverse RF equipment

• Computer maintenance, including creation, updates, and deployment of dedicated images with the professional software and applications required for the signal processing domain

• Hands-on work with a wide range of test equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and more

What are we looking for?

• Practical Engineer or Engineer in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Computer Engineering

• Graduate of a technological military unit

• Experience working with computer systems and engineering applications

• Familiarity with RF test equipment – oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and more

• Ability to lead independently, strong ownership, engineering curiosity, and managerial capabilities

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple interfaces

Significant advantage:

• Knowledge in development verification

• Experience with Matlab and C#
