Scope: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across multiple programs.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design and test documentation, and logistics engineering analyses.
- Own delivery of all ILS outputs for assigned projects.
- Review technical publications and develop and deliver introductory training.
- Provide technical input to proposals and service or maintenance contracts.
- Manage internal and external partners supporting the development, integration, testing, and delivery of support and test equipment.
- Support customer service and sustainment teams with engineering expertise.
- 5+ years of proven experience in maintenance roles
- Prior background in structured technical or maintenance units operating in high‑reliability, operational environments
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline, or a certified electronics practitioner
- IDF background in technical or maintenance roles
- Strong proficiency with Hebrew and English with the ability to present technical content
- Proven experience managing and supervising subcontractors
- Practical or engineering experience with RF systems - Advantage
