Role Overview

Rho Nutrition is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented leader to own inventory and supply chain end-to-end. This role is responsible for ensuring we are always in stock across all channels while maintaining disciplined inventory levels and strong cash flow efficiency.

This is a critical operator role at the core of the business. You will manage demand planning, inventory allocation, and purchasing across DTC, Amazon, and national retail, working closely with our manufacturing partners and internal teams.

What You’ll Own

 • End-to-end inventory management across all SKUs, channels, and warehouse locations (NJ, Vegas, and beyond)

 • Demand forecasting and planning across DTC, Amazon, and retail

 • Inventory allocation and replenishment strategy by channel

 • Purchase order planning and cadence with manufacturing partners

 • Days on hand (DOH) optimization across all products

 • Stockout prevention while minimizing excess inventory and working capital

Key Responsibilities

 • Build and maintain robust demand forecasting models using Excel, data tools, and AI-driven inputs

 • Analyze sell-through trends by SKU, channel, and cohort to inform purchasing decisions

 • Develop and manage rolling inventory plans (30/60/90+ day horizons)

 • Own production planning with manufacturers, including lead times, MOQ’s, and reorder points

 • Monitor and report on key inventory metrics: DOH, in-stock rates, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy

 • Coordinate closely with growth, operations, and finance teams to align inventory with demand and cash flow

 • Continuously improve systems, processes and tooling around forecasting and inventory management

Required Qualifications & Experience

 • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong operational discipline

 • Analytical thinker who is comfortable working deeply in Excel and data

 • Experienced in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain within CPG or eCommerce

 • Strong understanding of multi-channel businesses (DTC, Amazon, retail)

 • Able to balance precision with speed in a fast-growing environment

 • Ownership mindset, comfortable taking full responsibility for a critical function

Additional Preferred Qualifications

 • Experience with forecasting tools, or inventory management platforms

 • Familiarity with AI or advanced modeling approaches for demand planning

 • Experience managing 3PLs and multiple warehouse locations

 • Background working with contract manufacturers
