Graphic Designer

LHH is currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer for a permanent opporutnity with our client in the Plano, TX area. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of professional design experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong email design expertise alongside broader digital and print capabilities. Agency experience is highly preferred. This is a hybrid opportunity at our client’s office in the Plano area.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging email creative, including layouts, graphics, and supporting assets.
• Create digital and print assets for campaigns, collateral, branding, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate requirements into clear, on-brand design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Interpret creative briefs and marketing goals to produce designs that support campaign performance and brand standards.
• Prepare production-ready files for email, web, and print (including proper sizing, resolution, and export settings).
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all deliverables.
• Partner with marketing and content teams to refine messaging hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries for efficient reuse and collaboration.
• Support iterative design updates based on feedback, testing results, and evolving campaign needs.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous agency experience highly preferred.
• Portfolio required.
• Strong email design experience, with an eye for clean layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Experience supporting a wide range of design needs (digital campaigns, print collateral, branding, social graphics).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work hybrid at our client’s office in Plano.
