Operations Manager - Creative Team- Super Sonic

The opportunity

The Operations Manager for SuperSonic's creative team will serve as the driving force behind our creative department's operational excellence.

In this role, you'll manage the daily operations of our talented creative professionals, ensuring flawless workflows, optimal resource utilization, and timely delivery of exceptional creative assets. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing process automations, including AI-powered solutions, to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance team efficiency and scalability.

You'll be the vital link connecting creative vision with practical execution, enabling our team to focus on what they do best while you handle the operational backbone and continuous optimization of the systems that support their success.

What you'll be doing

• Process Development: Implement and continuously improve operational frameworks, workflows, and automation systems (including AI-driven solutions) to enhance the creative team's efficiency and productivity
• Resource Management: Allocate resources, manage scheduling, and plan capacity to optimize the team's workload and meet project deadlines
• Cross-Team Coordination: Drive collaboration between the creative team and other departments (Growth, Publishing, Product, etc.) ensuring smooth operational alignment
• Project Monitoring: Track progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement process improvements, automations, and AI tools to enhance execution flow
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational efficiency, automation impact, and creative output performance
• Strong Communications: Facilitate effective information sharing within the creative team and across the organization
  
  

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying AI to operational and creative processes
• 1+ years of experience in Ad Ops or Project Management, preferably in creative, marketing, or agency environments
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
