International Shipping Coordinator – Ocean & Air Logistics

A well-established, stable company in the field of international consumer goods trade is seeking an International Logistics & Shipping Coordinator for a dynamic and meaningful role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track high-volume international shipments (sea & air).
• Ongoing coordination with overseas freight forwarders, company warehouses, and business clients across multiple countries.
• Daily communication in English (written and spoken).
• Handle import/export documentation and oversee the process end-to-end.
• Improve and optimize internal logistics processes.

Full-time position.

Based at the company’s offices in North Tel Aviv. Professional work environment with a cohesive and friendly team.

Requirements:

• Very high level of English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Prior experience in international shipping / import-export / logistics – mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Priority or other ERP systems – an advantage.
• Experience with Monday.com – an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
