International Shipping Coordinator – Ocean & Air Logistics
A well-established, stable company in the field of international consumer goods trade is seeking an International Logistics & Shipping Coordinator for a dynamic and meaningful role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track high-volume international shipments (sea & air).
- Ongoing coordination with overseas freight forwarders, company warehouses, and business clients across multiple countries.
- Daily communication in English (written and spoken).
- Handle import/export documentation and oversee the process end-to-end.
- Improve and optimize internal logistics processes.
Full-time position.
Based at the company’s offices in North Tel Aviv. Professional work environment with a cohesive and friendly team.
Requirements:
- Very high level of English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Prior experience in international shipping / import-export / logistics – mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Priority or other ERP systems – an advantage.
- Experience with Monday.com – an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
