We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented professional to take ownership of consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The role includes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial statements, while continuously improving reporting efficiency and system automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes to ensure accurate and efficient reporting
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations in line with company policies
• Drive improvements in close processes, reporting automation, and internal controls
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and prepare reports for management and business partners
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with multiple departments
• Support financial reporting for multi‑entity structures in a global environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience, including exposure to multi‑entity consolidation
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation practices
• Hands‑on experience in a Big 4 accounting firm — strong advantage
• Experience working in large or global organizations — advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Highly organized, proactive, self‑starter, and fast learner
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI — advantage
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle); OneStream — advantage
