Responsibilities:
- Build and develop BI reports and dashboards
- Analyze complex data and turn it into clear insights
- Define and track key KPIs for different processes
- Help design BI and data solutions
- Work with BI systems and data tools
- Work closely with different teams across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience building reports and dashboards
- Good experience with SQL (writing queries, improving performance, solving issues)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data
- Understanding of BI concepts like DWH, ETL, and data modeling
- Experience with BI tools like OBIEE, QlikView, or Tableau – advantage
- Experience with ETL tools – advantage
