Junior AI / Automation Developer

Role Description:

We are looking for a Junior AI / Automation Developer to help build internal tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly independent, learns quickly, and enjoys turning business needs into working solutions. You will work closely with operational leadership and take ownership of projects from request to execution.

What you'll do:

• Gather and clarify internal requests to understand the real need behind each task
• Convert ideas into clear working plans and documentation
• Build internal tools, automations, integrations, and AI-supported workflows
• Create structured prompt documentation
• Support process improvement through practical use of software, AI tools, and automation
• Manage tasks and execution through structured internal workflows

Qualifications:

• Good hands-on skills with Python
• Comfortable using modern development environments and AI-assisted coding tools such as VS Code, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
• Familiarity with databases and modern backend/data tools such as Supabase, MongoDB, or similar
• Working knowledge of Git, APIs, integrations, and MCP
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks
• Strong problem-solving ability and structured thinking
• Able to learn new tools and systems quickly without constant guidance

Nice to have:

• Experience building internal tools, automations, or workflow systems
• Familiarity with AI agents, browser extensions, or process automation
• Basic UX/UI thinking and ability to create simple wireframes
• Experience connecting different systems and data sources
