The Center for Educational Technology is looking for an FP&A Lead to join our finance team.
What will you do?
- Leading the financial analyst department
- Collaborate with key functions across the organization to implement and execute financial planning, including the development of the annual budget and forecast both on HQ level and group consolidation.
- Manage the tracking of key risks and opportunities by partnering with senior management to align the forecast with the most current business assumptions.
- Analysis of monthly & Quarterly results vs. plan for company management, provide insightful financial analysis and ongoing tracking of KPIs.
- Building business plans and models; evaluating the same and making recommendations based on ROI calculation.
- Drive improved profitability through analytics and operational relationships, cost savings, shorter cycle time, etc.
- Support the Operation unit include costing of company products and new launches.
- Create meaningful interfaces with global business and headquarter units to promote initiatives and long-term plans
What should you have?
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting
- At least 2 years of Managerial experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Prior experience in leading the planning, forecast, and monthly analysis within FP&A.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, team player, project management skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Oracle cloud / ERP experience - an advantage
Excellent MS office capabilities (Excel and PowerPoint)
