What will you do?

• Lead complex R&D projects from requirement definition to global deployment.
• Work closely with talented engineering teams to ensure we deliver on time, on budget, and on quality.
• Prepare SOWs, manage project GANTTs, and mitigate risks in a fast-paced environment.
• Report directly to the VP R&D and act as the bridge between technology and execution.

What are we looking for?

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering from a leading academic institution.
• 5+ years of proven experience in End-to-End project management of large-scale products (delivered to customers/production) – A Must.
• Startup DNA: You know how to move fast and stay agile. (Previous experience in a startup is mandatory).
• Multi-disciplinary expertise: Experience managing products that combine software and hardware.
• Master of Methodology: Strong experience with GANTTs or Agile processes.
• The "Engineer Whisperer": Exceptional interpersonal skills—you know how to push for results while maintaining a positive and assertive vibe.
• Bilingual: Fluency in Hebrew and English.
