We're growing and looking for a Customer support expert. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the fintech industry and make investing accessible to everyone. We're located in Herzliya, near the train station, and offer a hybrid work-from-home option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and professional support to company clients
  • Collaborate closely with various teams within the company to optimize customer experience
  • Build positive relationships with company clients while increasing satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to work in multi-tasking and manage tasks under pressure
  • High technological orientation
  • Service-oriented personality with a Can-Do attitude
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Native-level Hebrew - Required

Advantage for:

  • Experience with customer service systems like Zendesk and Commbox
  • Knowledge of capital markets as a trader/operator
  • Previous customer service experience
